Cottage in the middle of the forest, private beach. Inari is about 10km away. Electricity is, no tap water. A private well becomes cold water for the sauna, where you can get drinking water and washing water. The washing and dishwater needs to be heated. Compost toilet in the yard building. The guest must have experience in a cottage where there is no tap water or an indoor toilet, and must know how to heat the sauna with trees. You should bring your own linens and towels. In the summer, the use of the hot tub is included in the rent, as well as a rowing boat. The road leads to the destination.

In the warmth of our cottage, it is easy to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature in the ever-changing landscape of large windows. Enjoy the silence and follow the course of nature. Admire the northern lights. Go ice fishing in the spring. In the summer, you can fish, row on the lake or take a dip in your own beach. Now also a barbecue hut-sauna at your disposal.

Peaceful log cabin by the lake Inari

HOX! Sauna is not in use in May 2026! Peaceful log accommodation located next to the lake Inari. Main building, hut and storage. A parking lot and pier at lake. Dry toilet away from main building, no running water but in summer a tube from the spring. 12V electricity from the battery for lighting and usb-charging. If necessary, 230V electricity with generator. The kitchen has a gas stove and a 12V refrigerator or a small gas refrigerator. The cabin is heated with a fireplace and stove.

The cabin lies on an island, the last part needs to be walked over the ice (safe from mid-December till April) or rowed with our small rowing boat (included). A cabin for those who want to cocoon surrounded by nature, gaze at northern lights undisturbedly, discover untouched snowy forests on snowshoes (included) and sleep in absolute silence.

Savu is furnished with style by Finnish design. You can chill along fireplace and check aurora borealis from your own pier. Savu has also an exotic smoke sauna in the same building what you can also rent for an extra fee. Hot tube is also possible to rent. Ice swimming is possible as well.

This private little cottage is located next to the lake of Inari, but also only just 15 minutes drive away from the center of Ivalo. Beautiful lake and fell scenery opens straight away from the front door and sauna. Cottage has modern equipments for cozy living, a fireplace and wood-heated sauna. During the evenings you can hear huskies howling few kilometers away and hopefully spot the auroras dancing above the lake. Entrance to bathroom through cold veranda.
