Large house with a lovely garden. Situated just opposite the Camollia gate into old Siena. Great local restaurants and a short walk to the station. Ideal spot.

Great location and easy access to all the sights and restaurants. Vittoria was so responsive and welcoming. Perfect spot -especially for a larger group . Also - parking is available (for a very reasonable fee) right at the villa which is a huge plus.

The appartement is excellent. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom looks good and there is a full kitchen. The garden is a perfect place to sit and relax. The only disappointment was that the host was playing very loud music and chatted loudly in front of the rooms around 2a.m for an hour and not even stopped when we asked to do so. Next to this, we were abruptly waken up by the garden man at 8 in the morning. This was a huge setback for us, as she did not really seem to take care for her hosts.

The place has great position for exploring Siena - you cross the street and are to the walls of old town. The common kitchen was not so clean, maybe due to the visitors. The bed sheets were sparkingly white. I loved the two turtles in the backyard.

I booked a room for 2 weeks in this “villa” in order to study Italian at the university. Horrible experience. The first day I was told we can’t leave anything in the bathroom, not even shampoo or toothbrush. Never had something like that before. Unfriendly for long staying people, laundry cost extra 5€ without prior inform. Kitchen has no basic ingredients like oil so unless you buy it yourself otherwise you can’t actually cook even they have a kitchen. BE CAREFUL! The owner says you need to pay…Read more

Deux grandes chambres avec salle de bain privée. Cuisine partagée, belle terrasse. Mais c'est bruyant la nuit avec les fenêtres ouvertes.

Amazing location right across the street from the walled city. Big house that was more than enough for our 2 families to comfortably settle in. Vittoria was very responsive and helpful - check in was a breeze. Would definitely stay in this lovely home on our next trip to Siena

Vittoria was a very kind and generous host. We were on the Via Francigena pilgrimage and her place, supremely well located at the end of a street with great restaurants, made it the perfect stopping point in Siena. Lovely comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen and a delightful garden with a stunning view (we enjoyed meeting the three adorable tortoises!). I very much recommend a stay in Vittoria’s place.
