We had a wonderful stay! The space was cozy, clean, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. When we had trouble accessing a local TV show, the host personally visited the property and patiently explained how to connect the set-top box to the TV. Additionally, we requested a replacement for the coffee pot, and it was replaced promptly. The level of care and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

房间虽然有点小，但打扫得特别干净，而且整栋建筑很新。房东很亲切，圣诞节还特意送了礼物过来。 2楼有烘干机，房里还给备了电饭煲和锅具，电视可以看Netflix，总体来说很满意～

Loved the place, it was a perfect last min booking as I needed a place a day before my flight. Host super nice

Pros
- CU and GS25 near so pretty set for essentials
- Only 20 minutes away from Olympic Park which was extremely convenient as I had come for a Jaehyun Concert
- Has nice local restaurants near by
- Only 30 minutes away from Seongsu
- Place has everything you need for a small kitchen
- The bathroom is small but I lived on a boat once and I'm pretty used to the sink and shower bing from 1 faucet lol

Cons
- No airport limosine bus stop near you so you would have to take the subway for at least 1-2 stops
- From Gangnam/Banpo Park area (which is an area I frequent), it is quite far. Bus ride took almost 2 hours cause it was about 30 stops away.
- Kinda dark at night, walking around the area at night is a little eerie and from the station to the place its still a distance
- The bathroom is also a con just because I would prefer a bidet maybe to offset the shower situation

The hosts are amazing. Really sweet and always try their best to help!
The building is a brand new building very close to the subway. Overall a very good experience! Highly recommended!
