Sadly, this is my first ever negative review, but it can easily be better. The house is cute, much more so than in pictures, and the location was gorgeous; but there were real disappointments. The listing warns no AC, but it was an oven and better fan support is needed. Their motley collection of fans were mostly old, some half broken, and so they didn’t cool enough. Also, they were filthy. Moving them to cool a new area covered my arms in dust lint. A minimal investment in ceiling fans would make a HUGE improvement. The space was clean enough to the eye, but it quickly ‘felt’ dirty. Very dirty plates were mixed in with the stack (as if they were unwashed after a chili dinner). We quickly learned that dishes had to be washed before using, which was probably wise anyway. Opening the windows revealed a windowsill horror show (being only a bit dramatic), there were corner spider webs, and the carpeted areas felt gross underfoot. Side note, despite the cleaning fee we’re asked to sweep.
