Clean and comfortable. Very well appointed with many thoughtful touches.. Al went out of his way to make me feel at home right from the start. Street is quiet with friendly neighbors and the location is great, particularly if you frequent downtown Denver, and enjoy biking to work or a morning jog around Sloans lake.

Perfect Cherry Creek location, very walkable. We stayed in Al's condo over the summer and we really enjoyed our time there. Secure underground parking spot was a bonus as we rented a car. Restaurants and shops steps away. Quiet building, everyone we met was nice, and some residents even introduced themselves to us. If you need a nice cozy condo in the Denver area, take a look at this place!

Great place, clean and quiet neighborhood. Location makes it real easy to go anywhere in the Denver area. Al was a great host.

Al’s place was just as described. We had a pleasant stay. There were great restaurants nearby and easy freeway access.
