Roxanne’s home was perfect. The house had everything we needed to have an enjoyable trip. Location was great. Roxanne was very responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed for five nights at the Cozy Bastendorff Beach House with our two dogs and had a lovely time. The house is even nicer than in the photos and it was well equipped. It felt like we were staying at a friend's house, who had thought of everything and wanted us to have a really good time.

The house is very private and surrounded by trees, which was great for us, since our dogs get barky if there's a lot of foot traffic - there was none.

The walk to a beautiful beach is just a few minutes up a road. (The road has a shoulder and it's 25 mph and not busy.) Beautiful beach walks, hikes, and mountain biking are all nearby. It's a short drive to coffee shops, restaurants, and stores.

Would highly recommend staying here!

Lovely home, great location!! Close to beach. Great wrap around porch and large yard. Roxanne was wonderful in communicating with us. Would def recommend!
