Bev place is great! We had a bachelor party with 9 folks and there was plenty of space. Bev is also a thoughtful host and left us snacks, booze, and basically anything we would need to have a great time, which we did. It was also a great location.

Bev was great and her place was perfect for my bachelor party. My flight was earlier than expected and Bev met us at the house and allowed us to check in early. Plenty of beds and space to hang out at the house, including both an open and covered patio area outside. 5 minute Uber to RiNo district and several other spots in the city. Just like the other reviews say, the house was already stocked with snacks and other food. Everyone had a great time and I absolutely recommend staying at Bev's if you planning a group stay in Denver. You're missing out if you don't! Thanks for a great weekend!

This is one of the best Airbnb's I have stayed at - great communication, great location, great property, comfortable beds, you name it, this place has it all. Would not hesitate to stay here again!
