All three of us learned about what products would benefit our skin-types and had a great time shopping with Lily - it was helpful to have her navigate the busy k-beauty stores with us. We left with a lot of information and purchases.

Lily is a fantastic and very knowledgable guide who has practical experience from her time in the cosmetics industry and cares deeply about helping others in making informed choices when it comes to skin care and purchasing cosmetic products from Seoul. She opened with a very detailed walkthrough of different classes of products, skin types, do's and don'ts and her personal recommendations adjusted for our situation. My wife and I enjoyed a private tour with Lily to the nearby Daiso and Olive Young and she was also graciously available through chat to help us in answer follow up questions or making other arrangements. For novices like us, she was a god send and we hope that we can take these learnings and apply them in our daily self care routine. Highly recommended!

Lily was an absolute pleasure. She was very sweet and shared our excitement for k-beauty.
