Nice stay , no complaints

Great place, clean and spacious. Exactly what we were looking for our small group to catch up for a few days.
Close to water. Easy to get to from Toronto.

Arnaldo is a very responsive host who is knowledgeable about the locals. Groceries, LCBO etc all about a 15 minute drive down the road, Go karts about 5 minutes away (priced at $35/20 minutes which was plenty of time for fun!) The beach near the location is more of a long park with some sand at the end of it, not the greatest for swimming but the water sports are fun although the rentals add to your costs if you're on a budget! The "beach" is also between two properties so it is not very private. Great fire pit in the back, the rear area could use some more fun lighting for guests/lighting in general but we had a lovely dinner by the fire. The kitchen was well stocked yet missing a few key things but we were able to cook a meal there! The cottage itself is cute, and clean, and very easy as far as self-check in. I did not actually meet Arnaldo, but the locals and neighbors were very nice and welcoming. If you have a car and need to get away from the city for a few days, this is a great place to do it. However, for someone looking for a beach, it might be better to consider other options as this location would be better if you had your own boat, kayak or other water craft for exploration/fishing.
