We had an amazing time at the vegan cooking class! Our host welcomed us so kindly into her home and created such a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. She guided us step by step through making delicious vegan ramen and gyoza, everything was perfectly explained, beautifully prepared, and absolutely tasty. We learned a lot about Japanese ingredients and cooking techniques, and it really felt like spending an afternoon with a friend. Highly recommended for anyone who loves good food and wants an authentic, personal experience.
