Thank you Emma and Kevin for hosting us at your accommodation. It exceeded our expectations and was wonderfully cosy yet spacious, well equipped and we felt incredibly welcome. Emma was helpful and responsive if we had questions, great local recommendations and it was fantastic to have the hot tub already fired up and warm for us!! I would strongly recommend this as a place to stay. It's ideally located close to Totnes but with the tranquility of a small rural village and near to good walks in the countryside and Dartmoor.

Really nice short break, beautiful location and Emma and Kevin were very welcoming! Would definitely recommend their homemade pizza if you get a chance and the tiramisu was out of this world! Pub is a short walk and definitely worth a visit.

This place is exceptional in every way and I can’t recommend it highly enough. Emma and Kevin are thoughtful, friendly, and informative hosts who greeted us on arrival and at our time of departure to ensure we were looked after. They made several excellent recommendations for local places to eat, drink, and visit, which really enhanced our trip. The accommodation itself is a dream - quiet, cosy, very comfortable, and set in leafy surroundings. We particularly loved all the attention paid to the small details, from the eco-friendly products and high quality refreshments provide, to the lanterns lit when we used the hot tub. I will miss opening the curtains in the morning and seeing the brood of beautiful hens waiting to greet us! We’re so grateful for our memorable stay and hope to return soon.
