I loved my experience learning about traditional Japanese desserts and treats! Mami, was a kind, friendly and a highly knowledgeable instructor! I was running late and she helped me catch up with group, while still making the experience fun. The mochi pounding was a work out, so be prepared! I would highly recommend this unique experience to solo travelers, families, friends and couples.

An extra tip is having bitter coffee, tea or a salty/savory meal before the experience, to enjoy the sweets even more !

This class was so fun! Our sushi actually turned out just like the pictures, thanks to the clear instructions. The host was able to answer all of our questions and we learned a lot. Everything was delicious. Thank you!
