Ryo is a very good coach. I'm not a good swimmer but Ryo made sure that I was feeling safe and comfortable about what we were doing. He was very laid back but responsible. Surfing can be challenging for someone who's scared of water like me but even if I couldn't stand on the board, I still had a lot of fun. Michael was very nice about it too and offered a free session because I couldn't stand in this one. Too bad I can't make it but till next time!

If you're looking for surf lessons, I really recommend Michael's class! Both Michael and Ryo were very friendly and made it easy to learn how to ride the waves.

My nephew has taken several surfing lessons and he said this was his favorite one! High praise from a preteen! Can’t wait to see the GoPro videos!

This was such an amazing experience and one of my favorite things on our trip! The instructor was very friendly and made everything so easy. The location was perfect and not crowded at all.
