Wow! HIGHLIGHT of my trip 10 day trip to Italy ! My fiancé and i felt overwhelmed with all the cooking school options in Florence but I feel SO blessed my research led me to Paola and her small business. Her space is so inviting, clean, charming and warm. I agree with the review that stated the experience feels like cooking (and learning) alongside an old friend. Paola is so knowledgeable, classically trained and passionate. I leave empowered to do these recipes at home- she kept it as simple and manageable as possible. This was a perfect blend of enjoying a local experience (music, wine, conversation with a true Florentine ) and learning something new and delicious and taking a much needed break from the hustle of the Florence historic center. Paola, thank you for this forever memory from Italy- we will be back!

Paola’s cooking class was the highlight of our trip to Italy! She was kind and energetic and extremely knowledgeable as you can see why she is a professional chef. She made our small group of 4 feel very welcome in her charming apartment and the food we prepared and then ate was honestly the best we had in Florence. Paola is the best and I recommend this experience to everyone!!
