We had a great time with Tomohiro. He was very easy to talk to and he shared a lot about his life in Japan. The food was delicious and was made all the better with the sake pairing. It was a unique experience for us in Japan because we did not always have the explanation given at other places about the sashimi and Wagyu we are eating, and the sake we are drinking. Tomohiro prepared the food so beautifully and told us all about it. If you are not able to book this experience, we recommend making a reservation at his restaurant.

This was by far one of the best experiences we have had in Japan. The food was extraordinary, the host was very knowledgeable and the space was very unique. Very cute little space to eat and a great space to watch a master go to work!

The sake and food pairings were incredible. Our host was knowledgeable about the origins and processes behind each kind of sake. He was very friendly and I had a great time.

This was our first time in Japan and I am so glad I chose this experience. It was probably one of the best meals I have ever had. I guess I finally understand what high quality meat and fish should taste like! The restaurant seats max 6 so you can chat with others while being up close and personal with the chef as he prepares each course and explains the pairings.
