Axel was so calm and patient in answering all of our questions, in which he answered with the utmost level of expertise. The experience was one of a kind and so happy that we came across this. Hopefully it will peak many more people’s interest in learning the history of chocolate. Plus the many flavors of chocolate that we got to taste and experience will have us forever looking down our noses on American chocolate.

Axel was patient and a passionate educator. It was a great experience and the Chocolate factory produces a wide range of delicious flavors for any chocolate lover. My wife and I had a blast . Highly recommended

This experience was most enjoyable. Learning about the history of chocolate and getting to make our own chocolate was fascinating. Axel was gracious and waited for us to find the location because Google maps in Mexico is off by a block. Thanks to him for that because we did not want to miss out.
