The and I had been in communication the day of. The chef was texting me as if she was on her way, only to then text me & say her “assistant” was 10 minutes out. She never communicated to me that I would have to deal with her assistant and not her. The food was 30 minutes late. No setup, just dropped the food off in aluminum pans. A salad was part of our meal, she didn’t assemble the salad because “she didn’t want it to be soggy”. Texted me and said the only thing we had to do was to put the salad together & cut the strawberries (After she told me she would be sending her assistant).!
