It was a holistic session where the yoga postures part was not very long. but more pranayama, meditation, aromatherapy and all in a beautiful location on the beach. I would prefer next time to have more yoga asana and less talking personally, as it felt like we only had time to do one flow. overall she really cares about what she does and the quality of it, I would just make the description more of a holistic wellness session, or make the yoga part longer.

Very warm and kind teacher! She guides you trough the lesson and will explain during the class the history of yoga 🧘🏻‍♀️ also the location on the beach with the sound of the sea, the music and the Tibetan singing bowl makes the experience perfect and very relaxing 😌100% would recommend to book this class 🫶🏼

We had the most beautiful yoga experience with Maria on the beach in Málaga. Her holistic approach to the class was exactly what we needed — grounding, calming, and deeply rejuvenating.
