Wow, what a fantastic experience from beginning to end! Eliseo was super informative and such a great person to chat with. And the concha? Seriously, it was probably one of the tastiest I’ve ever had. This is a must try experience!

This concha class was my number one favorite thing I did on my one week trip to Mexico City. I had the best time learning and talking with Elicio. He was very knowledgeable on bread making and many other culinarily facts. He made the atmosphere very friendly and comfortable and it was very easy to talk to and connect with him. It is a small class which makes it much more personal and enjoyable. I did the class with my sister and boyfriend and we all had a great time and couldn’t stop talking about the class and how good the conchas we made were. Elicio also had great recommendations for our plans we had later in the day. We got to learn lots about breading making and about the city.

We had an incredible time learning how to make conchas that were among the best I’ve had. Eliceo was knowledgeable, personable and created such a warm atmosphere in his home. Would highly recommend!
