This was a perfect day seeing the Firefall phenomenon at Yosemite. Dan was such an amazing host, it's hard to put into words. He picked the ideal day for us to go based on weather conditions, and we were able to see the full Firefall without a single cloud in the sky for almost 30 minutes -- an amazing, once in a lifetime experience, to be honest. It almost certainly wouldn't have been possible for me to experience this without Dan's guidance. We also went on a great (and pretty challenging) hike in the middle of the day before seeing the Firefall which was a great way to take in the majestic scenery of Yosemite before the evening. Every aspect of this trip was so thoughtfully done and I couldn't ask for anything better.

This is was the most spectacular national park trips for me. I learnt so much from Dan and enjoyed every second of it. Yosemite has so much to offer but having a guide like Dan made it extra special because he knew all the right times, right places, right activities, etc.He is extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful.He is a great meteorologist.We lived the dream at Yosemite all under his guidance. He took care of everything and we just enjoyed like his kids.Thanks Dan forever grateful 😇

Dan took care of us like Dad! No kidding…before the trip he was very patient and thorough in explaining the itinerary, things to bring and asking us for feedback. Then he filled the car with snacks, drinks, meals and fruits from his garden. He was a safe driver that also entertained us with his knowledge and stories related to the destination. We had a stop at a secret location that has the nicest bathrooms on the way. During our time at the national park, Dan/Dad(haha) would find less crowded spots for us to feel immersed in nature. We saw two bears! The peak of the experience for me was looking at Mars and comet in the sky with his binoculars. We took magnificent fotos. Forgot to mention he was also DJ and bartender while we enjoy the sunset. He’s full of insights and friendliness from his expertise as a meteorologist. Anyway best tour guide I’ve ever had! Dan is the dream guide you want to rely on~

Even if you are feeling a bit hesitant wether to go or not to go, believe me it’s worth giving it a shot. Because the way Dan’s creates the whole experience is just something memorable and even if you want to try it once, Dan’s experience IS worth it.

He is very professional and he knows what he is doing, takes care of everyone’s safety and learning appetite.

We came from an hour trip and he welcomed us warmly and picked us from where were we and returned us back.
