I am a Trinidadian who migrated to Canada in the early 70's, moved to Barbados in the early 80's and this has been my home since. I am a Bodyworker, yogacise teacher-my students are 50 plus and creator of clean, healthy food. I love cooking, entertaining, nature and clean, green healthy living.
I enjoy all genres of music, dancing, a good workout at the gym and having fun. I enjoy traveling and have travelled extensively, however, there are still many places to visit on my bucket list. India…
