Crystal is an incredible person and yoga teacher. Talking to her is incredibly soothing! She ensured that I was comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed my experience.

Ms. Crystal was so insightful and enlightening I truly enjoyed bringing in my birthday with a class of hers. Very nice and attentive to all attendees.

It was breathtaking what an amazing class everything was perfect our instructor was very nice patient easy going understanding it was awesome highly recommend to help you relax all the stress from work and life it was just amazing experience will do it again when I come back
