The guest house was clean, but we ran into several issues during our stay. The lock pad was difficult to use, and we found centipedes (5+) crawling around inside with a few windows left unlocked, which didn’t feel secure. The TV remote also didn’t work due to a dead batteries.

The listing described the space as a separate house, but it’s actually connected to another unit. We shared our concerns and left a night early, but our request for even a partial refund was denied. While tidy, the experience didn’t match our expectations.

I come to Sarasota every year and this is the best Airbnb i’ve stayed at. The house felt very welcoming and cozy and was super clean and spotless. It’s the perfect size for 2 people who want to spend the week here. The bed was super comfortable, the towels and linen smelled very clean and fresh, and the split A/C was super nice. The location is perfect and close to everything which was very convenient. I love how beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrella were provided which made our beach trips a lot more enjoyable. I would definitely book this house again for next time. Look no further!!!
