What a personal experience! My 15 year old son and I had the opportunity to learn from a master! She was patient, kind and very knowledgable. She has a teaching kitchen attached to her home which makes it a "warm and welcoming" experience. Her instructions are thorough, complete with a take home packet and pencil. We would recommend! and are looking forward to now making our own sushi at home!
