The pasta-making class with Fiorella was absolutely amazing! Her energy is contagious, she makes everyone feel welcome and excited to learn. The pasta was delicious, and getting to make the sauces from scratch was such a fun and rewarding experience. I would take this class every single time I’m in Italy. Truly one of the highlights of my trip!

This class was hands on, intimate, and fun! The host accommodated our allergies and the food was incredible. 10/10 would recommend!

It ended up being just our family of three. Highlight of our trip. Fiorella was delightful.
