Really fun tour! I brought my kids, 11 & 8 and they enjoyed it. My daughter has sensory issues and could not wear the hairnet so she couldn't do the portion where we were able to go into the actual Chocolate making area but it was ok! The host handled it really well and she was able to sit and wait for us outside of the area. The entire team were kind and very understanding. We learned so much about chocolate and got to taste SO MUCH CHOCOLATE! Really great tour! Definitely not the Lindt factory tour. This is so much more specialized and the chocolate is artisan quality. Definitely approve of this tour and the tour company!

The ethical chocolate tour was the highlight of our trip to Zürich! An amazing experience. If you love chocolate and want to learn more about the production, history, and the ethical production of chocolate then this tour is for you! Everything from the presentation with clear descriptions as well as pictures and graphs that they showed, to the tour of the chocolate factory was absolutely amazing. It was clear that so much thought, effort and passion was put into it right from the start. One of the tour guides, Diana, was very kind and knowledgeable. Throughout the whole experience all of the tour guides were very nice and open to answering questions. There were many different chances to taste chocolate, including different places were you could buy chocolate. Overall this was definitely a wonderful and very hands-on experience and tour that we believe is perfect for all ages, my twelve year old daughter who I brought on the tour loved it! Lovely experience, highly recommend!

Wir haben im passenden Ambietente der Gebana AG gestartet und zunächst einiges zur Geschichte der Schokolade und den Anbau der Pflanzen erfahren. Wir wurden mit der Kunst der "Schokoladenverkostung" vertraut gamacht. Anschließend sind wir mit der S-Bahn zur Schokoladenfabrik "Garcoa" gefahren. Dort konnten wir die Prozedur der Schokoladenherstellung live erleben und unterschiedliche Schokoladensorten verkosten.

Diana and Sara made the tour so professionally and gave us great insights i to the history and impacts the chocolate industry has on people and Environment. It was really interesting to see behind the scenes on the process of chocolate making and tasting different varieties of chocolate. Will definitely recommend this tour to people back home that are going to Zürich!
