Kim's place is perfect for long stays or even short ones. The location is excellent for getting just about anywhere in Seattle and Phinney Ridge itself is charming. The apartment is incredibly well stocked, clean and comfortable. And the hosts are fantastic: always available and ready to help.

About as close to perfect as you're gonna get. Been in much lesser airbnbs, and not many, if any, better. Has everything you didn't even know you needed.

A nice quiet space exactly as described. Hosts are very quick to respond to any questions. Great location.

Check in at this Airbnb was so easy and quick. Kim sent us the instructions early on and so didn’t have any issues getting in. Instructions in the Airbnb were readily available and easy to read. There were some dishes that weren’t properly cleaned, but nothing we couldn’t clean ourselves. Towels also weren’t fresh and had a funky smell to them.
Other than that, would rebook if staying in the area again.
