I'm a Mexican cook formed by my family in Mexico and formally trained as a chef in San Diego California. My husband is a talented florist with clients like Nordstrom, Extraordinary Desserts and The San Diego Museum of Art. Nowadays, he make wood and iron furniture and native crafts. Together we host our favorite Mexican meals, surrounded by whimsical art.

This class was fabulous. Chef Rafa was not only engaging and fun but also extremely knowledgeable about churro making and also shared techniques and tips that were invaluable.

I took my ten year old son and eleven year old nephew and Chef Rafa was amazing with children. It was an incredible class and we enjoyed our hot churros with Mexican hot chocolate and we left with a beautifully packed bag of extra churros too! Highly recommend this class.
