This is a luxury chalet style self contained property in the peaceful village of Conon Bridge. It is eleven miles north of Inverness, near Dingwall, and is conveniently situated for tourist destinations north and west. The property has an open plan lounge, sleeping area, kitchen, and separate shower room. The gardens of the main house are available for your use and the secret garden is a wonderful place for a glass of wine or morning coffee. A welcome basket is also provided inc bottle of wine.

Nestling on the shores of the Beauly Firth only 10 miles from the city of Inverness, close to the NC500, Killearnan Brae is a luxury self-contained apartment. Walking from the house you will find Killearnan Church and the Medieval Redcastle both rich in Scottish History. The picturesque village of Beauly is a 5 min drive. Balnain 2 Cottage is located on Brahan Estate just 15 miles north of Inverness. It's a semi detatched cottage which sleeps 4 with its own garden and beautiful views across the Conon valley. Activities include fishing, bird watching, shooting, walking and endless situations for the keen photographer. There are also seven golf courses less than half an hour's drive from the Estate and a wealth of history in the Highlands. We are dog friendly so no need to leave man's best friend at home!

The Factor's Office is a luxury boutique room, with separate entrance, garden space and ensuite, situated as part of the historic Nutwood House. Formally part of the Earl of Cromartie estate with magnificent views of the valley and less than 5 minutes walk to Strathpeffer village and amenities. Situated in a beautiful peaceful location, a great base to explore the Highlands. There are many activities to enjoy, forest walks, mountain biking, fishing etc. Can also be booked with The Lodge.

Please note that the hut doesn't have wifi but we have books and games to keep you
