Hallo liebe Gäste, ich vermiete meine moderne Dachgeschosswohnung an Nichtraucher für Ferienaufenthalte ab 2 Übernachtungen, da ich mich viel im Ausland aufhalte. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage in der ruhigen Gemeinde Rueras, Nähe dem Oberalppass und der Rheinquelle. Der Bahnhof von Rueras ist nur 500 m, nächster Skilift (Dieni) ist nur 1,2 km entfernt. Bitte beachten: Bettbezüge, Laken, Handtücher WC Papier bitte selbst mitbringen. Die Endreinigung erfolgt durch die Mieter.

Our apartment is located in the Urner Oberland not far from Lake Lucerne and the SkiArena Andermatt-Sedrun. The location directly on the north-south axis makes it advantageous for activities and yet you are in the mountains in nature. We have a garden with barbecue facilities and deck chairs to relax in when the weather is nice. The apartment is furnished to the property standard and designed for 2-4 adults and 1 child. Modern, cozy and central in a hiking paradise

The apartment is located in a new apartment building on the second floor with an elevator. It is very centrally located. It is comfortably furnished. Grocery store is very close, which is open 7 days a week and offers everything for everyday use. There are also restaurants in the village. There are also several cable cars that take you to the magnificent mountains. Lake Lucerne to Beckenried is about 5 minutes by car. Emmetten is also easily accessible by public transport.

Pure relaxation directly on Lake Uri

Modeen 2 room apartment (70m2) right on the shore of Lake Lucerne. Our apartment can accommodate 1-4 people. The living room/dining room is very comfortably furnished. The kitchen offers enough space and is fully equipped. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. In the living room there is an additional bed which can be enlarged into a double bed. Within walking distance (100m) is the train station, bus station and the ship docking station. Tax/day/person: CHF 1.50

Spend relaxing days in the "Cortinella - Alpine Hideaway", a simply furnished chalet up to 6 people, which nevertheless offers you all the comforts you expect from a home in the mountains. The property is located in the agricultural zone away from any civilisation. The car park is about a 20-minute walk from the house. A driving licence to the property can be purchased. In snowy conditions, access is only possible on foot (with snowshoes).
