Curated touches like the Slim Aarons photo above the working rock fireplace & thoughtful knick knacks make this home feel extra special. The Griffith Observatory & Hollywood Sign can be seen from the property. It is a beautiful oasis in the middle of the city with easy access to the 101 and numerous landmarks.

Everyone has called this place a "tree house" because of the birds eye view of the hills in the heights of the tree tops and if you keep the doors open you get a great breeze. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom loft is located in a peaceful neighborhood on the backside of Universal Studios Theme park. Both bedrooms are located upstairs with a bathroom upstairs and a steam shower bath on ground level. Take a hot tub or steam and cool off on the deck.

The interior space features vaulted wooden ceilings with exposed beams. A modern dining table is centrally placed and complemented by blue chairs. Large windows allow natural light to fill the area, with a cozy fireplace visible to one side.
