There is a state-of-the-art gym, multiple co-working spaces, a pool and jacuzzi, a movie theatre, etc. In Apt - Smart Furniture: USB, outlets in the side tables and couch, an extra monitor and HDMI cable if you work from home. I provide robes and disposable slippers for my guests. I try to provide most things you would need day to day.
