LOW WATER SPECIAL, with the low lake water levels this summer we have reduced our rates for June and July to $225 a night. We have clear water at our dock to provide a great swimming hole. The mouth of the cove is shallower than the cove (the cove fills through aquifers) and does not allow boats to come in and out of the cove as of May, 21. 3-bedroom 2-bath lake front home built in 2018. Beach Island Marina is only a couple miles away to launch your boat. They offer boat and jet ski rentals and Boathouse 33 (Bubba Brews) Restaurant which features live bands and corn hole. We are only 6 miles to Food City and Dollar General in Maynardville and 30 minutes to downtown Knoxville
