Unique layout, large window surfaces, and multi-level rooms. One bedroom with a double bed, and a large sofa bed in the loft/TV room. Tiled bathroom by bedroom. Lower floor with double gate, view of the fjord, and with its own toilet/laundry room and fridge/freezer.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven and small stove top. The apartment has water-borne heating. The city center is within walking distance (1 km) Høddvoll (1 km) and the mountain. The nearest grocery store is 400 meters away. Parking. Private entrance. In summertime there is a nice terrace to enjoy views and sunsets.

This house in natural surroundings offers you peace and quiet. The name of the house is "Tante Hannas hus". On this former small farm you can enjoy the silence with wild sheep and deer close to the house. The house is located a few minutes from the majestic sea cliff, and with a direct view to, Hornelen. The area offers very good fishing opportunities and hiking in the woods and mountains. There is a folder in the house with information,description and maps of the different hikes and activities

The house is located 35 m from the parking lot in sloping terrain. Small sandy beach and shared barbecue/outdoor area nearby. 400 m to Sæbø city center with grocery stores, niche shops, hotel and campsite. Motorboat can be rented at an additional cost, floating jetty 50 m from the house. Please let us know before arrival if you want to rent a boat.
