21년 05월 일반 가정집을 전체 리모델링을 하여서 시설이 깨끗하며 저동항 바닷가 5분거리에 있어 휴양에 적합합니다 저동 터미널에서 도보10분정도 거리이며 일주도로변 1블럭 뒤에 있으며 버스정류장과 1분 거리이며 인근에 주차도 용이합니다. 도보 10분 거리에 편의점 식당등이 있어 접근성이 좋으며 4인가족이 사용하시기에 좋습니다. 토스트기(쨈무료), 커피머신(캡슐유료)이 있어 간단한 조식을 드시기에 편하며 전자레인지, 전기레인지, 전기포트등 간단한 조리도구가 준비되어 있지만 냄새가 많이 나는 고기류등의 음식 조리는 금지되어 있습니다. 사용하신 식기류는 간단한 정리를 해 주셔야하며, 쓰레기는 분리수거만 해 주시면 감사하겠습니다. 단독주택이지만 조용한 마을이기에 9시 이후 발생하는 소음에 주의하여 주시기를 당부드립니다. *기상으로 결항시 환불.(울릉크루즈선만 결항 인정!!다른선박 결항시 환불 없음, 기본 2박부터 가능)
