Our place is a cute studio that has all the amenities you need and is an easy walk to Sukhbaatar Square and the heart of Ulaanbaatar. It makes any work/business event easy to get to with no sweat. It has a convenient bodega on the first floor for small day-day items and is a 5 min walk to "emart" a large supermarket and IELTS Airport pick-up for a fee available Comes with everything you need for an easy stay. If we don't have it, we can try to supply it! Perfect for a couple or one person.

It is next to National stadium where you can see Naadam festival through the window. It takes 20-30 min to the city center. It also takes 20 min to E-mart.
