A seaside fairytale gem in Hardangerfjord w/boat

Fantastic, big and secluded property on the island of Huglo, Stord, with main house, boathouse, private quay and beach with beautiful view to Hardangerfjord and the Kvinnheradmountains. Most buildingds are made of old timber from 1800 century. Yet the house have modern amenities like electrical heating, dishwasher, heated bathroom floor etc. The property has also three annexes which can be rented in addition. Rental includes a rowing boat and firewood for the big fire place in the living room.

There is a short path down to the seashore, with a boat, (to use i summer-time,) and 20 min walking to the Vaage village, with shops and restaurants. The cabin has a retro style, for sustainability. The cabin is located 30 minutes from Våge, Tysnes, 1,5 hours driving from Bergen and 10 minutes from a boat that goes to and from the Airport.

Huset har tre soverom, der det største soverommet har både dobbeltseng og sovealkove, pluss to barnerom med hver sin sovealkove. De fleste rommene er nyoppusset. Huset har stor parkeringsplass og hage med trampoline og dissestativ. Rundt 2km fra Onarheim sentrum med butikk, kafé, lekeplass, treningssenter, bensin- og ladestasjon og mer. Fine utfluktssteder i nærheten.

Velkommen til Lukksundet og Teiga! Huset var opprinnelig en gammel skole tilknyttet gårdene i nærområdet. Huset ligger usjenert ved sjøen med vei nesten helt frem. Sjarmerende, nyrenovert hus med nydelig natur og stort grøntområde, bademuligheter, kaiområde med utemøbler, og en robåt for gode fiskemuligheter. Passer for familier som ønsker et rolig sted å være. Gode turmuligheter til fots og i bil. Ca. 1,5 timer med bil til Bergen.
