Quiet accommodation for family vacation in the resort Sergeevka, on the Black Sea and Shabolat estuary. The apartment is located in the center of the residential area, nearby there is a small park with a playground for children, a market, a pharmacy, a buvette, a parking lot, a gym. The apartment is fully equipped with furniture and appliances, there is air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, washing machine, electric stove, electric kettle, microwave, WIFI, hair dryer. Cold and hot water around the clock.

The villa is located on a cliff, which provides a beautiful view of the sea and the Budapest estuary. You can drive to the beach in 5 minutes. Even closer are shops, pharmacy, market with products and goods for the sea. The entire area adjacent to the house (20 hundred) is at your disposal: grill, football and basketball court, tennis table under the canopy. There is a place for parking (up to 6 cars). The house has 3 bedrooms and a living room with a folding sofa and armchairs.

A room is furnished with two single beds draped in light blue blankets. A colorful rug covers the wooden floor, and patterned curtains adorn a window, allowing natural light to filter through. A vintage chandelier hangs from the ceiling.
