Villa Mimoza Yanık serves you in a lush green garden of 2000 square meters, 100 meters from the Sapanca-Maşukiye highway. In its completely detached garden, our 100 sqm single-storey 2+1 villa is designed to meet the needs of our esteemed guests and is at the temperature of your home. There is also a fireplace in its large living room in our villa with 2 bedrooms and parental bathrooms. It is 3 km from Maşukiye, 2 km from Kırkpınar and 7 km from the slingshot coast.

In Dag Forest, away from everything

It is a safe and comfortable area to explore the forest by making wonderful hikes in a village connected to Mudurnuya, made of wood in the mountain forest, away from everything surrounded by lonely forest, but comfortable and modern. If you call it peace and adventure, you should have this experience. As a choice at home, there is limited electricity with solar panels... we use candlelight for light, fireplace for heating, wooden thermoscope for hot water.

Guest Lodge

Our guest house is 25m2 large, consists of a room and a bathroom. Adjacent to the back wall of our cottage, there is an outdoor kitchen that is private to our guests staying in our cottage, covered with pergola. There is a 5x10m size swimming pool that is 50m2 in size, 1.5-1.6 m deep. The pool is shared by our guests staying in the guest house (max. 4 people) and the guest cottage (max. 2 people). The pool is open from 15 June to 1 October.
