The Tiny Home is an Escape ONE XL (with HOT TUB) ,388 square feet including two lofts- each with a queen bed. The bathroom is very spacious for a tiny home, complete with a standard bathtub/shower and a Separett composting toilet from Sweden. The maple cabinetry kitchen is complete with a gas cooktop/oven, as well as a full size fridge. It has a comfortable living space with a sofa bed couch and a TV/Roku Bluetooth Soundbar, the main loft also has a TV/Roku. As well as A/C and heating to relax.

Sonora is in gold country town about an hour from Yosemite. Our home is on 20 acres. It is 5.5 miles from Sonora.Enjoy a view of our 20 acres from our deck. Great for a get away from city life. We are dog friendly with a fenced in area and ramp from the house to the dog area. Please enjoy our outside shower as well. You are completely in a private location. We are on a well system. We provide water in a delivery system for drinking. Faucet water is safe but we prefer the jugged water.
