Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

A house with standard kitchen, toilet, shower, washing machine, living room with TV, bedroom for 2-3 people and patio with evening sun. A small cottage with two bunk beds. A small cottage with a family bed. Röe farm with restaurant is a short walk away. 4 minutes by car to the store in Brodalen which is an Ica to-go store so it is always open. If you want to take an excursion, Lysekil, Nordens Ark and many other nice places are a car ride away.

Ta med hela familjen till detta fantastiska ställe med massor av plats för aktiviteter. Härlig uteplats för mysiga grillkvällar och häng. Fotbollsplanen är närmsta grannen och det finns utegym och, skatebordsramp inom några minuters promenad. Motionsslingan på 3 km finns utanför huset. Det är 2 km till badplats med strand, hopptorn och kala klippor. Bostaden är belägen mellan Lysekil och Smögen och det finns mycket att utforska i närområdet. Smögen-bryggan, Nordens Ark och Havets Hus.

Inredningen är äldre men fullt fungerande. Nu pågår en renovering, vilket innebär att vi erbjuder ett lägre pris för dig som vill njuta av den bohuslänska naturen till ett riktigt bra värde. Huset har ett perfekt läge,närhet till många klätterleder och andra utomhusaktiviteter. Ingen renovering utförs de datum gäster bokar

The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.
