Newly-built tiny house - the perfect place to stay if you want to have access to a place to stay that's out of the ordinary! The house offers a spectacular view with the forest as the nearest neighbor. Despite its small size, there is a simple kitchen, dining area, toilet and a comfortable and secluded sleeping area with a 140 cm bed. Outside, there is also a private balcony, a private outdoor shower with hot water and cold water and a larger gravel patio with outdoor furniture and barbecue.

The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, 50 sqm plus 20 sqm sleeping loft. Proximity to both the golf course, the sea and restaurants. Free parking for several cars is available as well as a large lawn for the kids to play on. Four beds plus a sofa bed for the little ones. Naturnära miljö, några kilometer till närmsta badstrand och 30 minuters bilfärd till både Lysekil och Smögen så finns mycket att utforska på er vistelse!
