Our property is a 3-acre lot w/ desert flora/fauna, stars, & quietness, yet only 10 mi. from UA. Horses add to the ambiance with a taste of ranch life.

Time Capsule is a unique experience in an space age module dropped in the middle of an 11 acres desert sanctuary and sculpture park, adjacent to the Saguaro National Park. Enjoy the quietness of the desert in a safe environment located at just 35 minutes from downtown Tucson. This is the perfect little HOuse in the Desert and brand new! We are available to you and very close in the main house on the other side of the property. The houses are separated by a large brick wall.

This unique, spacious, updated & authentic adobe is located in the historic Barrio Viejo of Tucson, nestled between downtown and Five Points. This desert Adobe has been abandoned since the 1970’s, but is now revitalized with new amenities, exposing the beautiful adobe walls and preserving the original ceilings. The casita has its own private porch while the property shares two large communal patios with outdoor dining and a fire pit.
