Our home, features an original fireplace, flagstone floors, and local furnishings. Enjoy the courtyard garden and pool (a quiet relaxing space, our neighbours appreciate their tranquility too). The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.

House, without exterior, in the village of Seguret. This is a house that was renovated in 2023 and offers excellent amenities. It consists of a large living room/living room with kitchen, upstairs 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms. This house is next door to our own house. You can use our swimming pool during the summer period from 1 June to 31 October: Mon–Fri, 9:00–11:00 and 14:00–17:00. The WE and holidays according to our availability. The house overlooks the large courtyard planted with century-old plane trees, the vineyards, the large garden, Mont Ventoux and the Dentelles de Montmirail. A haven of peace, with an elegant, authentic and uncluttered rural atmosphere. Ideal for 2, 3 or 4 people, in early or late season, to discover the Haut-Vaucluse.

In Drôme Provençale, next to Grignan, between vineyards and lavender, our cottage is the only one on the property. It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

On one level, it opens onto a large covered terrace with a six-person Jacuzzi and its private garden.
