A house rich in seaside nature.Double Sea Seaside Park, to Shimonada Station.BBQ, ocean, mountains and sky-friendly base

35 minutes by car from Matsuyama Airport. 13 minutes by car from Iyu Interchange. 13 minutes by car from JR Iyu City Station 3-minute drive or 14-minute walk from JR Iyokami-na Station. It takes about 40-50 minutes by car to visit Dogo Onsen, Matsuyama Castle, Tate Zoo, etc. A cute house completely remodeled in 2019, 9 minutes by car from JR Shimonachi Station. We also have a new kitchen, bath, and toilet. There is a Japanese-style room with 8 tatami mats in the bedroom. The living room and dining room are about 10 tatami mats western style.Large deck terrace. There is also a front yard. If you play in the neighborhood... you can fully enjoy Shuangkai Town as a base for playing in the sea, playing in the sky, and playing on land. Walk to the sea in swimsuit, about 2 minutes on foot. Futami Seaside Park (roadside station, beach) is a 3-minute drive or 10-minute walk. A 5-minute drive or 27-minute walk to Fureai Park (a park with playground equipment, tennis courts, and a soccer field). There are also classes where you can experience sea kayaking, sup and paragliding. (Reservation required) Cycling along the coastline is also recommended. If you want to relax at home... enjoy the sky, greenery on the deck terrace. Pitch a tent in the front yard and feel like you're camping. It's a barbecue and a good time. There are vegetable gardens, so there are times when you can harvest vegetables.

It is located in a villa area on a summer retreat located at an altitude of 900 meters. BBQ can be enjoyed in the garden from mid-April to early October.(Yakiniku is not allowed in the room due to rainy weather) Other seasons are quite cold at night, so we recommend self-catering such as sukiyaki and pots. The kitchen is equipped with cooking appliances, utensils, dishes, etc. There are also several hot springs 10 minutes away by car. It is limited to one group per day, so you can spend it without hesitation even if your child comes. Enjoy the view from the cottage overlooking the Kuju Mountains, the sound of various birds, and the light of the stars and the moon shining in the night sky. You can feel free to experience the villa life. * The furnace in the garden is free to use.BBQ set is ¥2,000.Bringing in is free of charge. * The fire pit and firewood can be prepared for ¥1,000.Please let us know when you bring it and light a fire.(Please refrain from December to March as there is a risk of wildfires.) * There is a possibility of snow from late December to early April. The main bedroom has a large closet and the Japanese-style room is equipped with a moat kotatsu (winter only). 5 people can stay, but a single futon can accommodate up to 6.The kitchen, bathroom, and toilet are spacious enough to not be inconvenient for long term use.The kitchen is stocked with minimum condiments, rice and powder products for free use.We'll talk to your room if your guest requests, but if you don't want to, we won't interfere until after filling out the check-in list and talking about simple house rules. Situated at the foot of Mount Aso at an altitude of 600 meters, you will meet wildlife normally.Please understand the unexpected encounter on the premises as it is a symbiosis with nature.(Please note that the use of the stove has been instructed to require the presence of the host for fire safety reasons.) A house in front of the sea, a house behind the Shioji Shokudo, and a convenience store are 30 seconds on foot. Of course, the whole house is rented.We can accommodate up to 6 people. Due to the recent rise in prices , we will unavoidably raise the price from 2023. For pilgrims and long-term stays, we plan to start another one, if you need more cheaper price, please contact me. House is just a short walk to the regular ferry terminal to Okinoshima, and15-minute drive to Enkoji,NO39 Shikoku88. This house is old but nice spacious two-story . you can use whole facility for private . The ceiling of first floor is a bit low and the bath is small. but has a good ocean view.
