We have two rooms available in a small but well-featured apartment, perfect for anyone seeking a comfortable living space with great amenities! Apartment Amenities: electric toilet, electric door lock, air con, fridge, etc... fully furnished Access to gym, sauna, and swimming pool The apartment is currently tenant-occupied, so the rooms won’t be available until **14/2**. However, viewings can be arranged after that date. Ideally, we’re looking for someone who can move in around **15/2**.

首先門口地方採用電子智能門鎖，方便大家出入。 而廁所採用左乾濕分離，另外淋浴部份採用左按摩花灑，有五個模式可以體驗返，廁所有窗可以做通風或使用抽氣扇。 另外房間選用左5尺king-size雙人床，雙門大衣櫃，一個可摺餐枱，雙門雪櫃和一個微波爐，方便日常使用及簡單用餐。 雙人沙發配一個茶几和地氈，另有一部大電視有Netflix，平時可以觀看電影。 配有一張書枱方便日常工作使用，而且有一個Panasonic枱燈。 因為旁邊全排都有窗平時日頭採光非常好，即使到夜晚風景向朗豪坊方向。 設施配套完善，非常人性化同埋貼心嘅設計，我哋提供左唔限速Wi-Fi，風筒同埋水壺，另外仲有毛巾同埋洗頭水沐浴露洗手液一系列嘅日常用品。 兼且我哋每一個星期都會有一次房間清潔服務，床單換洗同埋送餐，另外仲有保安同埋訪客服務等等。 樓下有一個共享空間，有個廚房和用餐區，另外有免費嘅洗衣乾衣機提供方便住戶使用。 而且我哋地點係旺角，大家去邊都好方便。
