Living room, dining area and kitchen in one room, 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each. Towels (1 big+1 small) and bedsheets are included in the price, and beds are made on arrival. 2 parking space. There is a large terrace facing west, otherwise some of the outdoor area is still under construction.

Whether on foot or by car, the sea is easy to reach. From Søgne to Kristiansand centre it is about 15 km. Norway's largest shopping centre is located in Kristiansand. A zoo with attractions and water park, many shops, discos, bars and restaurants. Good bus connections are available.
