Vintage 1950 yellow Vagabond trailer, on our property but secluded, short walk to downtown Nevada City. Kitchen, dining table and bedroom. Nice outbuilding houses propane shower and composting toilet ("number one" is OK in trailer). Woodsy, birdsong-y site on W. Broad - mild to (rarely) moderate traffic noise. Cooking utensils and dishes are in the well-appointed kitchen, which has a stove, small oven, and icebox - we provide ice blocks. Owners on property always available but give you space.
