When you are ready to experience our beautiful Northern Ontario Wilderness, but have most of the comforts of home, we are ready to welcome you. World famous Algonquin Park is a short hike away and wildlife is often spotted. Peace and quiet are yours in our tiny cabin perched on the edge of our private lake.

Just steps from the water's edge, this a-frame cottage is nestled into a private cove on the picturesque Eagle Lake in the Almaguin Highlands. Our family's cherished space is available for families or couples (maximum 4 adults) to rest and rejuvenate. There is a Queen bed in one bedroom and a bunkbed in the other bedroom. However, a unique loft will offer the best view of the morning sunrise with a queen bed there too. A peddle boat and two kayaks with life jackets are included in the rental.

Rustic Cabin in the Woods

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This cabin is available all winter. Lots of trails on the property and many more longer trails nearby for the outdoor enthusiasts! Ideal for atvers, snowmobilers, snowshoers, hikers, etc. Just bring your bedding and groceries. My chickens are working hard to make sure there are fresh eggs available for your stay. Great News! I have just completed building a separate shower house with walk in shower and vanity.

Enjoy over 70 acres in nature all to yourself. A wonderful peaceful escape for anyone. Located right on the South River.
