Large, first floor, 2 bedroom flat, 200 yards from the seafront in a quiet residential area of Troon. With views over the sea from the master bedroom. It has a unique feel to it with many original features. It is a 10 minute walk to the centre of Troon with many shops, restaurants, cafes and bars and a 5 minute walk from the Ferry and Marina area with a restaurant to enjoy the view. The many golf courses are a 15-20 minutes walk and beautiful sunsets can be seen overlooking the island of Arran.
