Our house is situated in the middle of the meadow at the beginning of the small village Modrejce, just a few steps away from the lake. The apartment, which is separated from our flat, is on the left side of the house and can accommodate up to 5 people. It has everything you need for a perfect vacation! We are a family of 5 - everyone with different interests, but all connected to our beautiful nature. Therefore, we can help you find something you enjoy - at our house or in Soča Valley!

The cabin is located well away from people, houses and roads. It's a 5 minute walk away from an old logging trail, where you can park your car. It comes with all the essentials: running water, electricity, a kitchen with a stove and a refrigerator, a shower, a toilet and an outdoor fireplace.

Everything you need is in walking distance. The air-conditioned holiday home consists of 1 bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a kettle, and 1 bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. A flat-screen TV and wifi is available. It also has free parking by the side.

Težko jo boste zgrešili saj je nekaj posebnega.

The cottage is located in the countryside in a quiet and private location near Radovljica, away from the hustle and bustle of the town and roads. It is surrounded by forest and with a great view of the Julian Alps and the Bled Castle. It is accessible by a 700-meter cart track. There is a parking space next to the cottage. Radovljica is a 15-minute walk away, and Bled is 4 km away.
